What is Creyten and who can use it?

Creyten is your AI research partner for tax matters. We help tax professionals such as advisors, accountants, lawyers, and in-house teams to arrive at reliable and transparent answers. Creyten always substantiates all answers with official legislation, case law, administrative guidelines, and rulings. Creyten is designed to support professionals and cannot replace professional advice.

What sources does Creyten rely on, and are they up-to-date?

Creyten combines a wide range of reliable legal and tax sources to provide comprehensive answers. This includes, among others, legislation, case law, administrative guidelines, and rulings. For this, Creyten utilizes FisconetPlus and Vlabel, in addition to its own proprietary information. Creyten is updated daily. Creyten was designed for continuous improvement and expansion: other legal fields and sources will be added soon.

Can I use Creyten for free?

Yes. Creyten also offers a Free account, allowing you to ask a limited number of questions. This is a great way to try out Creyten and see how you can integrate it into your workflows. If you need to ask more questions or want to use all features, please contact us for a Team or Enterprise account.

Does Creyten use my data to train AI models?

No. Creyten never uses your data to train or improve its AI models. Your questions and documents are processed solely to generate answers for you. Never for any other purpose. Your information remains yours, confidential, secure, and never reused.

Is my data stored securely?

Yes. Data security is a top priority for Creyten. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR and stored in the EU. For transparency and reliability, your Q&A sessions are retained for 14 days to support audits and error handling. After this period, the data is automatically deleted. We do not intend to use your information for any other purposes. Your data remains secure, private, and under your control.

Can I query my own documents?

Yes. With the Team and Enterprise subscriptions, you can upload and query your own documents, in addition to public legal sources. This allows you to combine your internal knowledge base with official publications in one place.
