Creyten is created to support professionals and cannot replace professional advice.
Creyten combines a wide range of trusted legal and fiscal sources to give you a complete picture. These include official tax legislation, case law, administrative guidelines, and parliamentary records. Currently, Creyten is set up to make use of the information contained in Fisconetplus (https://www.minfin.fgov.be/myminfin-web/pages/public/fisconet) and is regularly updated to include the most recent information. Creyten is designed to expand and new legal domains and sources will be added soon.
Our free subscription offers the possibility to everyone to experiment with Creyten. Everyone has access to a limited amount of questions per day. This limit resets every day at midnight.
If you need access to more questions, you can upgrade to the Personal subscription plan. This can be done directly through the upgrade button in the application or from your profile page.
During the upgrade process, we’ll ask you to provide the required billing details (such as your billing address, vat, ...) and confirm your order. Once completed, your Personal plan will be activated within a few minutes and your invoice will be sent to your email address (note that this can take up to 1-2 business days).
The Personal subscription plan is valid for 1 year and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
If you’d like to provide access to Creyten for multiple people in your organization, you can choose the Enterprise Light subscription plan. This plan supports up to 5 users. Each user has an unlimited amount of questions.
You can request an Enterprise Light plan by completing the form on our website at creyten.com/enterprise. After receiving your request, we will review it and onboard your organization within 1–3 business days.
Once onboarding is complete, each user will receive an email notification. Existing users will be automatically added to your organization, while new users will receive an invitation to register. After completing registration, they will be automatically added to your organization.
The Enterprise Light subscription plan is valid for 1 year and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
For larger organizations, we offer the Enterprise plan. This is a fully customized plan, tailored to the size and needs of your organization. This plan supports up to unlimited users. Each user has an unlimited amount of questions.
You can request an Enterprise Light plan by completing the form on our website at creyten.com/enterprise. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a tailored offer. Once accepted, we will begin onboarding your organization within 1-3 business days.

The Enterprise plan also provides access to advanced features, including the integration and use of your own documents (such as PDFs and other file formats). If this functionality is required for your organization, our team will work with you to explore the available options and ensure a tailored solution.
The Enterprise subscription plan is valid for 1 year and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter. Creyten does not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
